How Will Azul’s Recruitment Process for Internship Positions Work?
The recruitment process for the Internship Program 2023 will be divided into stages. In the first phase, interested individuals will have the opportunity to apply online from July 19 to August 16. Then, candidates will go through a series of assessment tests directly on the platform.
Those selected will advance to a group dynamics session, which will take place in person. The third phase will consist of a final interview, also conducted in person, providing a space for candidates to present themselves more fully. After the completion of the stages, approved candidates will be guided through examinations and admission procedures.
