Main responsibilities of this position at CBMM:

• Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of control levels and governance appropriate to operations to ensure the preservation, safekeeping, and protection of assets;
• Identify, assess, and propose improvements to mitigate risks that may affect the achievement of the organization’s strategic and business objectives;
• Contribute to the company maintaining quality certifications and complying with ethical conduct standards when performing analyses, investigations, and audit tests;
• Obtain and compare information gathered from audited areas against control and risk matrices, legal requirements, and best practices;
• Identify risks and improvement opportunities based on the analysis of collected data and information, and present them for evaluation by the superior;
• Provide assistance to various areas of the company by clarifying doubts and offering basic guidance whenever requested.

Required qualifications to qualify for the job opening in Minas Gerais:

• Complete education in Accounting, Law, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or Administration;
• Experience in the field and specific knowledge in Audit (Mapping and assessment of the internal controls environment; risk analysis; identification of weaknesses in various processes of a company; performing audit tests; describing improvement recommendations for processes);
• Intermediate to advanced Office Suite;
• Knowledge/Skill in SAP;
• Intermediate English.

Details of the Job Opening at CBMM in Minas Gerais for the position of Senior Controllership Analyst:

Main responsibilities required for the job opening:

• Plan, execute, and guide within the controllership the Budget Process and its monitoring throughout the year;
• Develop revenue, cash, costs, expenses, and results scenario projections that support the creation and unfolding of business goals;
• Act as a business partner, being the guardian of financial goals;
• Define appropriate valuation concepts and develop economic and financial feasibility for investment projects in Capex, New Business, and continuous improvement projects, as well as create decision optimization cases through Solver or similar;
• Follow the training schedule and activities proposed in the individual development plan, aiming to be prepared for succession within the area or to perform new functions in other areas of the company;
• Support coordination of work with Matrix Management and implement initiatives and methodologies that enhance the focus on cost and expense reduction;
• Execute activities and train other area employees on the solutions developed to ensure that the Corporate Calendar is met punctually and disciplined.

Mandatory requirements to be selected for this job opening at CBMM:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Areas;
• Advanced English;
• Relevant participation in multidisciplinary projects;
• Experience in extraction and modeling of structured data;
• Relevant experience with FP&A;
• Relevant experience with budgets and economic-financial evaluation of projects;
• Experience in Risks and Internal Controls and industrial costs;
• Knowledge of Advanced Office 365, Power BI or another BI tool;
• ERP Systems (preferably SAP);
