Young professionals graduated between 2017 and 2019 are being sought to fill the 30 available positions.
The positions to be filled are aimed at administrators, economists, accountants, and metallurgical, mechanical, chemical, electrical, and environmental engineers, as well as professionals from other fields.

The trainee program lasts for one year and aims to hire professionals with the potential to develop a career at CSP, working on improving the company’s processes and competitiveness.
The selection process begins on November 25 and runs until January 17, with the hiring starting on February 10, 2020.
Among the necessary requirements are a full degree between 2017 and 2019 in the following courses:
metallurgical engineering
mechanical engineering
chemical engineering
production engineering
electrical engineering,
electronic engineering,
automation engineering
computer engineering
bachelor’s in information technology
administration
economics
accounting.
The Pecém Steel Company is a steelmaker located in the Brazilian state of Ceará, in the city of São Gonçalo do Amarante, which is co-owned by South Korean companies Dongkuk Steel, Posco, and the Brazilian company Vale do Rio Doce.
