The tool provides tracking of projects, focusing on on-time transparency of information regarding services, project quality, and planning in a single structured environment, functioning as a manager for construction companies and other stakeholders involved in the processes.
In the field, the employee can update a checklist, issue non-conformities, include photos of the project, and finalize the physical and financial progress reports of the project. Such information is uploaded via Mobile and instantly replicated on the Web Portal (backend), allowing all those involved to verify the status of the projects in an integrated and real-time manner.

Vice President of Engineering at Concremat, Arthur Sousa emphasizes that by promoting connectivity among the various stakeholders involved in the projects and ensuring the reliability of information, Stant has also brought greater speed to the processes. “All of this, in the end, adds more value for the client, as it allows them to have a clear, real-time view of the progress of the projects and existing bottlenecks, enabling more accurate decision-making,” he states.
Arthur adds that worldwide, there is a trend of more caution in the allocation of investments by companies in various sectors. “Thus, the work of a management company like Concremat must serve as a foundation for the client, providing support and guidance that enable the optimization of the allocation of their resources.”
Available for approximately 420 users at Concremat, the tool has implemented a new operating model for Multisites, adjusting the responsibilities of key functions and generating an increase in the capacity of the partner pool. “All the work of innovation is arduous. Therefore, we went through a cultural change process during the implementation of the tool. Today, teams can measure the time gain, ensure better work delivery, and create greater control of operations,” emphasizes Alba Pires, Director of the Multisites and Technical Integration and Processes areas.
In addition to ensuring an overview of the project, the technology led to the creation of protocols in operations through training for employees and partners, enabling more efficient management and logistics of multi-site projects distributed throughout the country. “With this new work model, we have become more accurate and improved our planning. We have enhanced our results while maintaining client satisfaction,” Alba reinforced.
The Technical Manager of Multisites, Luís Leal, highlights the importance of the standardization that the tool has brought to work management. “With Stant, the reports have become even more uniform. Additionally, we are working on a redesign of the appearance of the files. The trend is to further evolve our work,” he concluded.
According to the latest reports, the tool has already been used in the management of 1,620 projects and continues to show growth. “The idea is to use Stant in an average of 85% to 90% of our annual project volume, which is around 1,500,” states the Planning Coordinator for Multisites, Ariana Pires.
Following the innovation ecosystem, the plan is still to scale the use of the tool to other Business Units, especially in management, supervision, and inspection contracts.
