Positions, Applications, and Requirements: Everything You Need to Know to Get Started
According to the published announcement, the contest offers 30 positions for broad competition for the Officer Training Course of the Military Police (CFO).
Interested candidates must be registered for the National High School Exam (ENEM) of 2024, as the first phase of the selection process will be based on the candidate’s performance in this exam.
This requirement was announced in May of this year and is now being realized with the official announcement.
Applications will be open from November 4 to 20 on the official Military Police website (www.pm.pb.gov.br) with an application fee set at R$ 120.00.
Among the requirements to compete, there is a need to be between 18 and 32 years old (completed in the year of the contest) and a minimum height of 1.60 m for men and 1.55 m for women.
Additionally, 20% of the positions are reserved for candidates who self-declare as black, according to State Law No. 12.169/2021.
The selection will be composed of two main phases: the intellectual exam, which corresponds to the ENEM scores, and the complementary exams, which involve psychological, health, and physical fitness assessments.
Salary and Benefits During Training

The first-year cadet of the CFO will initially receive R$ 3,003.48, making the position even more competitive.
