The Hemominas Foundation is preparing to open the highly anticipated public competition for 2024, which foresees filling 347 immediate positions for medium, technical, and higher education levels, with salaries that can reach R$ 6,680.12. The opportunities cover various specialties, from administrative and technical positions to positions for doctors with different specializations, according to the website Concursos no Brasil.

The contract with the organizing body, Instituto Selecon, was formalized in August, which places the contest in an advanced planning stage. Below, you will find details about positions, salaries, and the selection stages, as well as expectations for the release of the official notice.

High School/Technical Level

Technical Assistant in Hematology and Hemotherapy (ATHH) – for professionals in specific technical areas, including Nursing Technician, IT Technician, Clinical Pathology Technician, Occupational Safety Technician, Administration Technician, and Electronics/Electromechanics Technician.

Higher Education Level

Hematology and Hemotherapy Analyst (ANHH) – opportunities for various fields such as Architecture, Social Work, Library Science, Biomedicine, Nursing, Engineering (Civil and Production), Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Pedagogy, and also for Capture Analysts.

Salaries and Benefits of the Hemominas Contest

The basic salaries specified in the contest vary according to the position and education, ranging from R$ 1,287.30 for high school positions to R$ 6,680.12 for higher education professionals, such as doctors and analysts. The working hours will be up to 40 hours per week, providing a balance between working hours and the offered salaries.

Additionally, approved candidates will be entitled to benefits and advantages provided for Hemominas servers, which include health plans, allowances, additional payments, and other incentives that enhance the attractiveness of the positions.

Exams and Stages of the Hemominas 2024 Contest

The selection process for the Hemominas contest will consist of objective tests, of an eliminatory and classificatory nature, for all positions. The expectation is that the contents will cover general knowledge, logical reasoning, and specific subjects related to each area of expertise.
