Job Details and Compensation
The MPU contest offers positions in two main groups: Analyst and Technician.
The Analyst position requires a bachelor’s degree in areas such as Actuarial, Law, Psychology, Engineering, Information Technology, among others.
For the Technician position, opportunities cover specialties such as nursing, administration, and institutional security technician.
Selected candidates will perform their duties under a standard workload of 40 hours per week.
The compensation structure is attractive, with Technicians earning R$ 8,529.65 and Analysts with salaries set at R$ 13,994.78.

Stages of the Ministry of Public Contest
The selection process for the MPU contest is meticulously planned to ensure that selected candidates have the necessary skills for the roles. It includes the following stages:
- Objective Test: Scheduled for May 4, 2025, this test is mandatory for all positions and has eliminatory and classificatory character, covering general and specific knowledge.
- Discursive Test: This stage is applied to candidates for Analyst and Technician positions, except for Technician/Institutional Police, and assesses written expression and technical knowledge.
- Physical Aptitude Test (TAF): Exclusive for the Technician/Institutional Police position, with eliminatory character, it ensures that candidates possess the physical conditioning necessary for performing the duties.
- Medical Evaluation: Also for Technician/Institutional Police, ensuring adequate health conditions.
- Professional Development Program: Classificatory and eliminatory phase, where candidates undergo specific training for the desired position.
In addition to these stages, the contest includes procedures for heteroidentification and biopsychosocial assessment to ensure that inclusion and diversity policies are fully met, respecting the MPU’s commitment to equity.
