Applications
Applications can be made on the website of Instituto Quadrix [HERE], from July 3 to August 5, 2024. The fees are R$ 64.00 for high school positions and R$ 74.00 for higher education positions. Fee exemptions are available for candidates who qualify under Decree No. 6,593/2008 or Law No. 13,656/2017.
Requirements and Responsibilities
Administrative/Financial Assistant (Code 200)
- Requirements: Completed high school.
- Responsibilities: Receive documents, guide visitors, answer calls, check equipment maintenance, update registrations, assist in events, manage office supply inventory, control operational expenses, among other administrative tasks.
Accountant (Code 400)
- Requirements: Degree in Accounting with active registration at CRC.
- Responsibilities: Prepare financial statements, control budget execution, participate in the preparation of chart of accounts, analyze accounting standards, issue opinions, operate data processing equipment, among other accounting activities.
Journalist (Code 401)
- Requirements: Degree in Journalism or Social Communication with a focus on Journalism.
- Responsibilities: Maintain contact with entrepreneurs and public representatives, respond to media requests, write speeches, prepare clippings, develop newsletters, update the website, collaborate in events, review texts, work on editing the Contato Magazine.
Fiscal Orientation Trainee (Code 402)
- Requirements: Degree in Psychology with active registration at CRP. Availability for travel.
- Responsibilities: Guide and supervise professional practice, understand Psychology legislation and the Code of Ethics, conduct guidance and inspection visits, prepare opinions, participate in events and courses, promote lectures, among other activities.
Stages of the Contest
The Contest at the Regional Council of Psychology of Paraná will have two stages: objective test for all positions and title evaluation for higher education.
Objective Test
The objective test will last 3 hours and will be held in the cities of Cascavel, Curitiba, Foz do Iguaçu, Londrina, and Maringá on September 8, 2024. The tests will consist of multiple-choice questions covering:
- Basic Knowledge: Portuguese Language, Basic Computer Skills, Logical and Mathematical Reasoning, Current Events
- Complementary Knowledge: Legislation and Ethics in Public Administration, Basic Constitutional Law
Title Evaluation
For higher education positions, the title evaluation will consist of the following scores:
- Doctorate: up to 2.50 points
- Masters: up to 1.50 points
- Post-graduate lato sensu: up to 1.00 point
