The SES-SC Competition is exclusively for professionals with a higher education degree in Law, completed by the time of application and certified by a diploma recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC). It is essential that applicants are available to work in Florianópolis, where the Central Administration of the Santa Catarina State Health Department is located. In addition to the educational requirement, candidates must be in good standing with the CPF, be at least 18 years old, and present personal and supporting documents, such as ID, voter registration, proof of electoral discharge, military service certificate (for men), among others.
Another crucial point is that the professional must possess physical and mental aptitude to perform the duties of the position, which will be validated by a labor medical certificate. The contract has an initial validity of 24 months, with the possibility of extension for an additional two years, according to the needs of public administration. It is worth noting that candidates cannot improperly accumulate other public positions nor have a history of severe penalties in public service. Those who have previously worked as scholars, interns, or teachers in areas different from those provided for in the notice will not have those experiences considered valid for scoring.
Main Responsibilities
The Technical Administrative Analyst at SES-SC will focus on Administrative Law or Public Law, performing strategic functions such as drafting opinions, analyzing processes, coordinating institutional plans and projects, document control, and providing technical advice to state public management. The activities also involve conducting legal research, interpreting legal norms and regulations, and proposing administrative solutions based on current legislation. About the Competition
The SES-SC 2025 Competition was launched through Public Notice No. 014/2025 and is an excellent opportunity for those seeking a public position with good working conditions and compatible remuneration. The selection process will be conducted in a single stage, through qualifications analysis and proof of professional experience, following rigorous and detailed criteria. Points will be awarded to candidates who demonstrate prior experience compatible with the position, as well as additional qualifications, such as postgraduate degrees, master’s degrees, or doctorates in related fields. The evaluation committee will classify candidates based on objective criteria, and in case of a tie, factors such as higher points in qualifications, more experience, age, and other criteria established in the notice will be considered.
The validity of the selection process is two years, counted from the publication of the results in the Official State Gazette. During this period, classified candidates may be called as needed by the Health Department. The call will be made exclusively by email, so it is essential to keep contact information updated in the registration system. It is important to emphasize that the process aims for immediate hiring, and approved candidates must have all required documentation ready for presentation, under penalty of disqualification.
HOW TO APPLY/REGISTER
Applications for the SES-SC Competition are already open and will last until April 14, 2025, being carried out exclusively online, through the official website https://sigrhportal.sea.sc.gov.br/SIGRHPPS/. There is no application fee, which further facilitates the participation of interested candidates. To apply, it is necessary to register in the Health Department’s system and correctly fill out the application form, attaching all required documents, including proof of education, experience, and other titles that may add points in the classification. Attention: it will not be possible to change the application after confirmation.
The entire process is 100% digital and requires attention when uploading files, which must be in PDF format and a maximum of 2MB each. After completing the registration and attaching the documents, the candidate will receive a confirmation email. If not received, it is recommended to check the spam folder or contact the organizing committee via email inscricaopss@saude.sc.gov.br. The analysis will be based solely on the submitted documentation, and any failure in sending or in the legibility of the files may result in disqualification.
