Recently, the company went public to announce that it plans to launch a new examination in 2023 and that the announcement is already underway. We have gathered the main information about the last Transpetro examination and what can be expected from the selection process that should open soon.

Last Transpetro Examination Was Held In 2018

The last Transpetro selection process was held in 2018 and offered 1,650 opportunities, of which 156 were for immediate entry and another 1,494 for a reserve list. The vacancies were for positions requiring secondary, technical, and higher education, with an initial salary of up to R$ 10,7 thousand.

In the 2018 examination, Transpetro hired the Cesgranrio Foundation to manage the applications, conduct the assessments, and announce the final results of the selection process.

Stages Of The Last Transpetro Examination

All candidates who participated in the last Transpetro selection process underwent an objective test, except for the Junior Lawyer position, which also included a written assessment. The objective exam consisted of 60 questions for secondary and technical positions. For the positions requiring higher education, the assessment included 70 questions.

To achieve approval, participants needed to obtain half the score in Basic Knowledge and Specific Knowledge, as well as not score zero in the Portuguese and English subjects. Candidates competing for the Lawyer position underwent a written exam with two questions, each worth ten points.

It is still not possible to confirm more detailed information about what the career offers, number of vacancies, deadlines, and education levels will be, for example, in the new Transpetro examination that is expected to open in 2023. However, it is known that the company is already preparing to launch the announcement and that the organizing body has already been hired.
