The National Petroleum Agency – ANP is Evaluating the Renewal of Contracts for 12 Offshore Fields Operated by Petrobras
The renewal of the contract for the Roncador field located in the Campos Basin is being analyzed by the National Petroleum Agency – ANP. For the contract to proceed, approval of new investment plans in the fields is necessary. The field is operated by Petrobras, which holds 75% of the asset, while its partner Equinor holds 25%.

The assets Pampo, Enchova, Enchova Oeste, Marimbá, and Bonito belong to the shallow-water hubs Enchova and Pampo, which are part of the state-owned company’s divestment plan. On June 5, they informed about the final offers received of more than US$ 1 billion for their sale.
The contract extensions approved by the ANP will yield US$ 18 billion in investments. The agency has already approved the extension of the concession period for nine fields. Of these, six are offshore fields (Marlim, Marlim Leste, Marlim Sul, Frade, Voador, and Ubarana).
