Selection Process in One Night

Creditas will also hold a Speed Hiring event on December 8 and 9. Those who participate in the event undergo the entire selection process in just one night, from 6 PM to 9:30 PM. The next day, candidates receive feedback regarding the job application and structured feedback.

The job vacancies that fall under this type of hiring are for software engineers at the mid and senior levels.

In the remote model, candidates are directed to rooms for technical conversations, pair programming, an architecture challenge, and interviews with leadership.

The Fintech is looking for candidates with experience in Java, Kotlin, Python, and Node.js development. Among other skills, familiarity with agile methodologies and the ability to develop and implement APIs are required.
