This Is An Initiative For The Development Of Projects In The Fields Of Oil, Natural Gas And Energy, Aiming To Leverage The Potential Of The Carioca City In The Coming Years.

Following The Recommendations Of The Ministry Of Mines And Energy For The Resumption Of Production In The So-Called “Mature Fields,” The ANPG Aims To Contribute To The Expansion Of Oil And Natural Gas Exploration In These Regions.
Thus, The Agency Aims Not Only To Contribute To Energy Projects In Macaé But Also Aims To Elevate The Carioca Region In The Offshore Production Sector.
To Achieve This, The ANPG Signed Cooperation With The National Agency Of Petroleum (ANP) Of Brazil To Improve Regulations That Can Increase Investments In Areas With Potential To Generate Oil And Natural Gas Productivity.
The President Of The ANPG Board Of Directors, Paulino Jerónimo, Was Responsible For Signing The Agreement For Future Projects And Commented On The Current Brazilian Scenario, Recalling The Country’s Role In The International Market.
He Said: “Brazil Has Already Gone Through This Experience And Naturally No One Is Better Than Brazil To Advise Us, First Because We Speak The Same Language And Secondly Because It Already Has The Experience Of Promoting This Increased Production.”
