Sesc PR Offers 778 Free English Course Slots Across the State, With Registrations Open Until January 20, 2025.

Sesc PR is accepting registrations for 778 free slots in the English course across the state. The slots are offered to people of different ages and knowledge levels, aiming to provide the opportunity to learn English for free. The English course is completely free, covering both tuition and the teaching material used in the classes, produced by Cambridge University Press. Registrations for the course are open until January 20, 2025.

Slots in Campo Mourão

In Campo Mourão, Sesc offers 51 slots for the English course.

The slots are divided into modules of different knowledge levels and are primarily intended for workers in the trade of goods, services, and tourism, and their dependents.

To enroll in the free English course, candidates must meet the low-income criteria defined by Sesc PR.

The English course is available for individuals aged 11 and older, provided they meet these requirements.

How to Enroll?

To secure one of the free slots in the English course, the interested party must visit the Sesc unit in Campo Mourão, located at Avenida João Bento, 2020.

Service is available from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM and from 1:00 PM to 8:30 PM.

During registration for the course, the candidate or responsible person (if the registrant is a minor) must fill out the forms and attach the required documentation as described in the announcement.

Registrations for the free English course are open until January 20, 2025.

Sesc PR defines low income as those with a family income of up to two federal minimum wages per capita.

The free English course is available to the general public who meet this criterion, in addition to workers in commerce.

Results and Courses of Sesc

The results will be announced starting February 11, 2025, on the official competition page.

If the free slots are insufficient, Sesc PR also offers paid English courses at affordable monthly fees.

The teaching material is included in the monthly fee, and students who already have knowledge of the language can take a placement test.
