With the aim of promoting the professional qualification of young people, the government of Goiás launched the Profissionaliza Goiás program, which offers 17,352 vacancies in free courses for students from public high schools. The initiative aims to prepare young people to enter the job market, strengthening their technical and practical training.

An Investment That Transforms Lives

With a budget of R$ 94.5 million, the program will benefit students from 17 Goiás municipalities. The partnership with Senai and Senac, institutions recognized for their quality in professional education, ensures the credibility of the courses offered. This collaboration between the public sector and renowned educational entities aims to expand access to free training courses of excellence.

Comprehensive Training with Additional Support

The free courses combine practical and theoretical activities, providing comprehensive training. Students enrolled at Senai will also have free transportation and meals, an initiative that aims to ensure students’ retention in the program and facilitate access to training.

Senai and Senac will be responsible for executing the program. Senai will provide 12,532 vacancies, distributed across 12 different free courses, while Senac will offer 5,000 vacancies at various schools across the state. This structure expands the program’s reach, ensuring opportunities for thousands of students.

How Does the Selection Process for Free Courses Work?

Interested students must register directly at the state schools where they are enrolled. The school coordination will be responsible for guiding the candidates and ensuring that everyone has access to the available vacancies. The process is simple, ensuring equal conditions for participation.
