About the Qualifica São José Program
Recognized as one of the most impactful initiatives in professional training in Brazil, Qualifica São José’s main goal is to insert qualified labor into the market. Only in the last year, more than 35,000 spots were offered in free courses for residents of the city.
The courses are available in both in-person and distance learning (EAD) formats, ensuring greater accessibility. Upon completion, all participants receive certificates, which enhance their qualifications.
The realization of free qualification courses is made possible through strategic partnerships with institutions such as Senac, Sebrae, Senai, Sesi, Fundhas, Cephas, and the Social Solidarity Fund. In addition to traditional classes, the program promotes workshops, lectures, and practical sessions, contributing to the development of practical skills in various areas.
