A partnership with the Central Bank (BC), the National Cooperative Learning Service in the State of Rio de Janeiro is launching free online courses on financial education. The aim is to help participants better manage their own money. Check also: 1700 free online courses are offered by universities in the United States, such as Harvard, Michigan, Stanford, and others

Vinicius Mesquita, president of Sescoop in Rio de Janeiro, says that the programs aim to convey practical, concise, yet highly relevant content that can be immediately applied by participants, improving their performance in both personal and professional fields.

Me and My Money (10 Hours) – Details of this option for the free financial education courses offered by the Central Bank: Includes discussions, through fictional stories in videos, on topics such as family budgeting, credit use, the importance of saving, and conscious consumption.
