Senai-AM, Aiming to Strengthen the Curriculum of Thousands of Professionals, Has New Openings in Free Professional Qualification Courses

Recently, the National Service of Industry (Senai) in Manaus opened a new selection process aimed at filling 1,905 openings in 47 free professional qualification courses. The opportunities will be in-person and online and can be taken starting this Thursday (13). Those interested will be able to register until the 17th of the same month.

Free Courses Offered by Senai-AM

At the Senai Mobile and Community Actions School, located at Avenida Rodrigo Otávio, 2394, 349 opportunities are available for 14 free in-person courses such as:

Learning to Pipe with Nozzles

This course aims to develop skills related to the use of piping nozzles in cake decorations.

Kitchen Assistant

Here, students will learn to carry out kitchen services, execute hot and cold preparations, and follow good manufacturing practices while maintaining awareness of technical standards, quality, health, and hygiene procedures.

Maintenance of Residential Electrical Installations

This course aims to prepare students to apply preventive and corrective maintenance techniques in residential and commercial electrical installations, according to technical standards, quality, environmental, safety, and health regulations, focusing on meeting labor market demands in companies or their own business.

Plumber

This course aims to prepare professionals to perform maintenance on hydrosanitary installations, following technical standards and procedures for quality, hygiene, safety, and health.

Senai Waldemiro Lustoza School, located at Avenida Carvalho Leal, 555, offers interested individuals 530 openings in free courses such as:

Automotive Electrician

This course focuses on developing the skills to maintain the automotive electrical system (charging, recharging, lighting, battery, starting, and signaling).

Supply Chain Logistics

This course aims to develop skills related to the purchasing and logistics processes of supplies, carrying out quotations and purchases of raw materials, products, services, and equipment, as well as supplier evaluation and inventory management.

Classes for these opportunities will be held in both in-person and fully online formats, at various times, as indicated in the announcement, with the start date dependent on meeting quorum. The announcement can be accessed through the Senai-AM website.

The opportunities focus on individuals self-declared as low-income. Registrations must be made online, through the Google Forms link provided in the announcement file. To finalize enrollment, Senai-AM will contact successful candidates via the email or phone number provided in the registration form.

The institution emphasizes that only registrations with complete data will be accepted. The free in-person courses will be conducted with all health and safety measures and protocols in place to combat and prevent Covid-19, and also with accessibility for people with disabilities.
