Operations Supervisor – Niterói, Angra dos Reis, and Região dos Lagos

Required/Desired Qualifications:

• Required degree in Electrotechnics with an active CFT;
• Experience in leading teams is a differentiator
• Organization, communication, good interpersonals skills, and dynamism
• Driving license B (required);

Responsibilities: The candidate will act as a team supervisor, performing field monitoring, process/team monitoring and control, team leadership, and scheduling with the client. Reporting to the sector Coordination.

Generalist HR Analyst – Niterói

Required/Desired Qualifications:

• Required completed degree in Psychology with active CRP;
• Experience with high-volume recruitment and selection processes, training, and development of people;
• Experience in administering/correcting psychological tests;
• Experience in the Personnel Department (hiring, benefits, dismissals, and other activities pertinent to the area);
• Organization, communication, good interpersonals skills, strategic business focus, and dynamism.
• Driving license B (required) and availability for travel;

Responsibilities: The candidate will act as an HR analyst, performing recruitment and selection activities, training with leaders and operations, as well as other demands requested by the Corporate office. Tasks related to the HR Department will also be their responsibility. Reporting to the local and Corporate Management.

Operations Coordinator – Rio de Janeiro: Niterói, Angra dos Reis, and Região dos Lagos

Required/Desired Qualifications:

• Required degree in Electrotechnics or a degree in Electrical Engineering, Administration, Production Engineering;
• Intermediate/advanced level in Excel;
• Active CREA, CRA and/or CFT required;
• Experience in leading teams is a differentiator;
• Qualities: Organization, good interpersonals skills, and dynamism.
• Driving license B (required);
• Preferred to reside in the state of Rio de Janeiro in Niterói, Angra, and Região dos Lagos;

Responsibilities: The candidate will operate in the sector Coordination, analyzing reports (productivity, absenteeism, points/overtime, fuel consumption, etc.), monitoring and controlling processes, team leadership, and scheduling with the client. Participation in periodic meetings with the client and internal supervision. Reporting to the Management.
