Engineer Develops Work Table With Built-In Gaming PC. Understand How The Inventor Realized The Dream Of Many By Installing A Built-In Gaming PC In The Table.

When building a gaming PC, many people seek to buy a case on the market; however, an engineer thought beyond that by developing a work table with a built-in gaming PC. This way, he integrated the components directly into the table where he would place the monitor, keyboard, and mouse. For a year, the engineer dedicated himself to assembling and organizing each component of his built-in gaming PC in the table, thus creating a computer with a unique and original design.

Reasons That Led The Engineer To Develop A Built-In Gaming PC In The Table

According to the engineer, he had long imagined how interesting it would be to transform his table into his own computer. Thus, the work table with a built-in gaming PC would bring more space for work, for upgrades, space to organize cables, more ventilation, and several other benefits.

Thus, the engineer accepted the challenge of transforming his gaming PC into a unique and fully functional table. Meticulous and with an ambitious vision, this professional took an entire year to conceive a work table with a built-in gaming PC that extensively surpasses the limits of conventional PC cases.

Classic cases for gaming PCs, although having varied designs, share a common characteristic: glass panels that allow admiration of the internal components at any time. However, this engineer, driven by a sense of style and elegance, decided to leave these standard cases in the shadows with his work table with a built-in gaming PC.

Configuration Of The Built-In Gaming PC In Table

Offering a broad view of the internal components, the work table with a built-in gaming PC stands out for its functionality and also for its sophisticated aesthetics. This built-in gaming PC project, unique in its genre, was presented on the PCMasterRace subreddit, where the engineer’s invention sparked general enthusiasm.

The work table with a built-in gaming PC, specially designed to accommodate this configuration, was custom-made, with each component being precisely integrated into the furniture structure. The engineer’s focus was to create a unique system that combined style and high performance for demanding games and applications.

During the process of selecting the components for the built-in gaming PC in the table, aesthetics and ease of installation in the table were the predominant criteria. The final configuration of the work table with a built-in gaming PC was as follows:

  • RAM Memory: 64 GB DDR4 G.Skill Trident Z Neo;
  • Power Supply: 850 Watts Corsair RM850X;
  • Storage: 2x M.2 NVMe SSD 2 TB Sabrent Rocket 4;
  • Graphics Card: EVGA GeForce RTX 3090 FTW3 Ultra Gaming;
  • Motherboard: ASUS ROG Crosshair VII Dark Hero;
  • Processor: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X.

Improvements

The engineer also opted for a liquid cooling system from EK Water Blocks and precisely carried out the connections of the cooling system’s tubes.

While fans on the left of the work table with a built-in gaming PC provide a constant flow of fresh air, those located on the right evacuate the heat generated by the liquid cooling system through a radiator, thus ensuring an excellent balance between aesthetics and performance.

However, it is now also possible to buy your own built-in gaming PC in a table, as Lian Li presented in February 2024 its latest table-case, named DK07. Now, the company has finally launched the finalized version of the product, without the OLED screen, but with motorized adjustments and several other features. We now also have the official price of the product, which is R$ 7,960.
