Minister Says In-Person Classes Still Have No Return Date in PR
The Minister of Education, Milton Ribeiro, stated yesterday in an interview for the program A Voz do Brasil, that the federal government is planning goals for a gradual return to in-person education, but that this return will not happen at any cost, only with criteria and decisions that respect Brazil’s continental dimensions and the different sanitary conditions of the regions. The information comes from Agência Brasil.
“We have invested about 250 million [in connectivity for public schools]. It is worth noting that public school students who do not have the same access to education as students from private schools are supported by the law that regulates access to public universities, with a reserve of 50% of the spots,” explained the minister.
