Company Will Provide Construction And Assembly Services On Platforms Of The Espírito Santo Operational Unit (UO-ES)
Elfe has been declared the winner of a bidding process by Petrobras to provide construction and assembly services on platforms managed by the Espírito Santo Operational Unit (UO-ES).
The bid, as published here on Click Petróleo e Gás, had the lowest price proposal from Tecvix Planejamento e Serviços Eireli, but the company was disqualified for failing to meet economic, technical, and SMS criteria.
Elfe was in fourth place in the bidding, also behind Master Logic Instalações e Montagens and Seiton Industrial Eireli, which, like Tecvix, were also disqualified by Petrobras.
This new contract, which has not yet been signed, will continue the work that Elfe has been performing on the Espírito Santo platforms under a contract won in 2016.
