The company added that the management and the office team began preparing the drilling rig for its trip to Mexico after the handover.
The preparation included finalizing all the necessary documentation and certification, according to the interim audits conducted and successfully approved.
According to OOS, the ODN Delba III departed from Guanabara Bay on Saturday, November 9, to work on a project in Mexico.
After the sale of the ODN Delba III, Ocyan has five deep-water platforms, four of which are drilling ships and one semi-submersible. All platforms are chartered to Petrobras. On the Marine Traffic site, you can find more information about this rig.
Requirements: High school diploma; Technical training preferred; Intermediate/advanced English desirable; Knowledge of the AKER drilling package (MHWirth) and/or NOV; Experience in 6th generation rigs.
Responsibilities: Supervise the drilling team (Roughneck, Platform Worker, and Assistant Roughneck) to ensure that safe and efficient work practices are followed. Execute assigned activities to support drilling operations according to the well program and the company’s operational and safety procedures.
