The suspension of royalty payments to the government and negotiations with Petrobras to review the discounts on land oil purchases are among the requests made by the Independent Oil And Natural Gas Producers (Abpip) to the federal government. Producers Want The Establishment Of A Minimum Price For Purchasing Domestic Oil And The Flexibility Of The Rule That Limits The Flare Of Natural Gas To 3% During Oil Production.

The Independent Oil And Natural Gas Producers Also Request That The ANP Maintain The Coordination Of Land Areas (CAT) At ANP And Immediately Appoint A Head To Continue The Work That Has Been Effectively Fulfilling Its Objective Of Promoting Business In The Land Areas.
