Mechanical Engineer

Minas Gerais

• Mechatronics Engineering or related Engineering with relevant experience in engineering;
• Good communication – oral, written, in various circumstances and audiences;
• Strong technical aptitude in data management, data analysis, data mining, data visualization tools, predictive analysis, and modeling;
• Results-oriented and ability to influence within a matrix organization and across functions;
• Fluent in English.

Some of the activities:

• Serve as a technical leader/collaborator in our most demanding cross-functional projects;
• Solve the toughest R&D challenges;
• Work with others to enhance the company’s intellectual property, including patent generation;
• Responsible for technical solutions in broad engineering projects;
• Apply technical influence over various teams;

HSE Engineer

Bahia

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or Chemical Engineering (with specialization in environment, sustainability and/or related areas);
• Experience as an Environmental Engineer, Environmental Analyst or Environmental Specialist;
• Advanced English;
• Knowledge of SAP;
• Intermediate in Excel and PowerPoint;

Some of the activities:

• Responsible for implementing all Bayer’s Fundamental Requirements, Environment, Safety and Hygiene, Environmental Management, Policies and Guidelines;
• Compliance with local SMS regulations;
• Responsible for monitoring the implementation of the SMS Strategy and Standards at the site level;
• Support the improvement of the SMS culture;
