Customer Service Analyst – SAC

Having intermediate Excel skills and a technical background in construction is a plus for this job opening. Among the required duties for the customer service analyst are: 

• Provide customer service following the internal procedures required by the company to enhance the experience of individuals interested in contracting the service. 
• Schedule inspections and deliver keys to final customers after the houses and constructions have been completed.

The professional’s role will be to monitor all construction activities and, in this capacity, propose improvements and assist the chief engineer of the project in making changes and forecasts regarding the construction.
