- Technical SE ⇒ Complete High School; – Completed Technical Course in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Electromechanics. – CREA registration; – Basic Office Package.
- Distribution Electrician ⇒ Completed high school; – Distribution Electrician Course; – Basic and Complementary NR – 10 Course; – NR-35 Course; – Preferably proven experience in the role.
- Wind Specialist ⇒ Background in Agrarian Sciences, Forestry Engineering, Agricultural Engineering; – MBA in Project Management preferred; – Solid knowledge of agronomy, land management, spatial information, topographical data, and land assessment information; – Experience in contracting and land regularization for energy or mining projects.
- Wind Turbine Commissioning Engineer ⇒ Experience working with Wind Turbines (Mandatory) – Onshore and Offshore Wind Farms (preferred); – Experience with various Wind Turbine suppliers; – Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or Mechatronics; – Advanced English preferred.
- Energy Efficiency Analyst ⇒ Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation and Control Engineering, or Production Engineering. – Knowledge in Project Management; – Proficiency in the Office package, especially Excel; – Knowledge in the Energy Efficiency Program regulated by ANEEL preferred.
