MRS, a logistics operator managing a railway network of 1,643 km in the states of Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro, and São Paulo, has a job opening in Juiz de Fora, Minas Gerais. Almost 20% of everything Brazil exports and one-third of all cargo transported by trains in the country pass through MRS tracks.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree – Preferably in Administration or Engineering.

Important Knowledge: Office Suite, Qlik View.

Important Experience: Experience in planning and material control.

The Position:

Critical analysis of indicators and goals associated with maintenance management. Plan/schedule the allocation and balancing of assets, resources, and materials for maintenance demand, assessing variables that may affect or create opportunities to optimize service levels and capacity, ensuring the fulfillment of the maintenance plan. Participate in consolidating results and generating goal proposals based on the assumptions and guidelines established by management as well as the performance of the areas. Gather data and information to support analyses/studies of the efficiency of the maintenance plan. Specify routines and rules, maintain and monitor the development, improvements, and use of information systems and/or automation of their use to contribute to the quality in the utilization of these systems. Participate, lead studies, and projects to be created and developed in the area. Perform simulations/projections of future scenarios aiming to anticipate unforeseen events. Support the manager in the unfolding, analysis, and monitoring of goals.

The Department:

The area is responsible for generating demand for materials and controlling the production of components necessary for the maintenance of track equipment, permanent way, and electronics.
