About the Selection Process and Application
The selection process occurs in three stages, the first being an online testing phase, the second a presentation video, and the third an interview.
After hiring, selected individuals will participate in an introductory training course that enables the acceleration and qualification of their development. The program includes technical and behavioral knowledge disciplines, evaluation stages, and follow-ups on progress and growth, taking place on Fridays, with flexible hours so that the intern can balance their education with practical experience.
The main stages of the project include onboarding, which encompasses a cultural acclimatization process, a 360º vision, profile mapping, and development plan building; the second stage is practical, formal, and observational learning within the operational area at an introductory level on the main routine disciplines, in addition to behavioral training, and after two months, the new member will be allocated within their area of expertise.
