Job Opening for Maintenance Mechanic – Rolling in Sumaré, São Paulo

• Prerequisites: Completed Technical Course in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics and/or related fields; Experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in the Rolling area; Desirable knowledge in Machining and in Reheating Furnaces, temperature equalizers and thermal treatments (box furnaces); Knowledge of large equipment in production areas, with notions of automated processes; Knowledge of Fine Mechanical Maintenance in subassemblies such as reducers, rolling chairs, among others, respecting design parameters and standards; Experience with oxy-fuel cutting and coated electrode welding.
• Main Responsibilities: Responsible for meeting preventive and corrective maintenance demands in the area, diagnosing defects through diagrams, drawings and technical analyses, performing periodic inspections to check the condition of machines and equipment; Will follow mechanical maintenance plans, thus obtaining daily contacts in hydraulic, pneumatic and centralized lubrication systems; Will perform daily maintenance in uninterrupted production lines.

• Prerequisites: Completed high school, desirable Technical in Mechanics, Mechatronics or Metallurgy; Knowledge of 5S and other quality tools; Availability for all-day shifts.
