Paulo Nogueira

Supervise all processes and procedures related to building maintenance, ETE and ETA, asset security, reception.Required education in Engineering (preferably Civil Engineering). Desired specialization in Project Management and desired advanced English. Required experience as a construction supervisor and predictive, preventive, and corrective building maintenance. Interface with external suppliers. Training in ISO 14000 and knowledge in ETE and ETA (desired technical training in chemistry).

Maintain, distribute, and control project documentation for NOV FLEXIBLES for both internal and external use and/or external source documentation, such as customer documentation, maintaining control of records and organization of documents according to the documentation control procedure for NOV FLEXIBLES projects. Complete High School education, preferably a completed or ongoing degree in Administration, Library Science, or related areas. Training and knowledge in Office Suite, intermediate Excel, advanced English. Required prior experience with project documentation and desired advanced technical English.

Receive purchase requests from various departments, seek suppliers in the market, monitor the entire purchasing process until delivery to the internal client, strategically guiding with a focus on continuous improvement. Complete higher education in Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade, Engineering, or related areas. Desired MBA in Business Management or Supply Chain Management, and technical course in the industrial area. Fluent English required, Excel, ERP System, and experience with Supplier Assessment, Qualification, and Development.
