Oceânica, a partner of Petrobras and one of the major names in the offshore market, has opened 400 positions for work both onshore and offshore, covering various areas and levels of experience.
Among the hires are seafarers, electricians, HR analysts, operators, and ROV supervisors.
This move is part of an expansion plan that already counts 41 active contracts with Petrobras, with 16 of them signed only in 2024, including the significant Contract for Inspection Services of Hulls and Structures of Stationary Production Units, valued at approximately R$ 1.4 billion.

The new hiring round includes 79 immediate openings in roles ranging from HR Analyst and Maritime Electrician to Full and Senior ROV Operator.
