The Project in Balneário Camboriú, Santa Catarina (SC) Is One of the Biggest Highlights in Partnership With Havan, Aiming to House High Standard Residents.
The project belongs to the city of Balneário Camboriú, Santa Catarina (SC), considered one of the most expensive places to live in Brazil, with square meter prices directly competing with São Paulo (SP) and Rio de Janeiro (RJ), both capitals. In summary, the building’s construction has been named Triumph Tower and the goal is to stand over half a kilometer tall, approximately 504 meters. It is being built in partnership with Havan, as Luciano Hang, a businessman from the neighboring city of Brusque, also has ventures focused on civil construction.
The building has become so desired by residents of Balneário Camboriú that the city in Santa Catarina (SC) is already being referred to as the “Brazilian Dubai.” The construction company FG Empreendimentos is responsible for carrying out this project and has received approval from the city hall.
Balneário Camboriú (SC) Has a Glass Giant Building
The Triumph Tower even surpasses a building located in the United States measuring about 470 meters, making it one of the tallest residential buildings in the world. In summary, it was designed so that a large part of its walls would be made of glass, allowing residents to enjoy ocean views. The construction was planned to offer high standards and luxury, situated in one of the best-located neighborhoods facing the beach, which recently saw municipal investments for beach expansion with billion-dollar applications to attract tourists and more visitors during the end of the year and peak seasons.

The ancient Japanese capital, planned over 1,200 years ago, still withstands earthquakes with colossal wooden temples and palaces, built without concrete or modern steel, by masters who created engineering capable of enduring centuries.
The beach expansion allowed for a larger area than initially set, thus accommodating more tourists without them feeling “cramped” in the environment. Despite this, so many people will want to visit that, during summer, it’s easy to find a spot!
Once inaugurated, as it is in the final phase of construction, this building will be one of the three tallest in the world, second only to One World Trade Center in New York, which reaches about 541 meters in height.

Want to know more details about this incredible construction and engineering project? This architectural project was signed by the Franco-Brazilian office Triptyque Architecture and, initially, the goal was for it to have around 154 floors. So tall that residents of BC argue that it shakes in the air! Now, after adjustments made to the project through the city hall, it has been determined that it will have about 140 floors and at least 126 spots for rainwater parking and 488 exclusive spaces intended only for residents.
Another interesting aspect is that this project will feature around 134,000 m² of commercial area on the ground floor, which can be rented to companies interested in being located in a prime area.
I Want to Buy One, How Much Does It Cost?
According to the portal Mundo Conectado, the price of each of the triplexes being built in partnership with Havan can exceed R$ 100 million. It is not only due to the size that they call Balneário Camboriú the Brazilian Dubai, but also because of the elevated prices for a large part of the population, emphasizing once again that the apartments were designed for an extremely specific and segmented audience.
