Production Supervisor

• Manage people (Select, onboard, direct, influence/engage, and train employees);
• Manage supervision results;
• Address non-conformities;
• Identify opportunities, investigate accidents/incidents/deviations;
• Encourage the use of tools and adherence to BRF programs;
• Coordinate, monitor, and guide production processes to ensure compliance with the production plan and quality standards and is responsible for ensuring the safety of its employees.

Junior Extensionist

Assist integrated poultry production properties by conducting pre-determined or demand-based visits to monitor ongoing batches, observing management, biosecurity, controls, animal welfare, health, safety, and the environment, always reconciling the interests of BRF and the integrated producers to ensure sustainability in the process.

Treasury Internship

• Record and invoice derivative operations on the trading desk.
• Provision adjustments for derivative operations and redemptions.

• Explain P&L variances by volume, mix, price, costs, expenses, etc.;
• Financial simulations for decision-making in day-to-day operations and preliminary results;

External Sales Representative

• Develop activities involved in the sales process of BRF Brand products, visiting clients, placing orders according to client needs and conditions, monitoring sales progress with clients, and opening new client accounts.
• Follow visit schedules, check competitor activities, analyze daily price lists, distribution priorities, and others.
• Serve the “TOP AS” Retail Channel.

Maintenance Supervisor

• Supervise the Maintenance team (Electrical and Mechanical) in the Feed sector to ensure the availability of machines and equipment;
• Guide the team in executing maintenance activities, ensuring the proactivity of maintenance staff, the operational reliability of equipment, and primarily ensuring compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental (SSMA) regulations;
• Daily monitor maintenance costs to adhere to the budgeted value in the maintenance package;

Senior Operations HR Analyst

• Focal point for unit service, direct and active involvement with managers, supervisors, and analysts in the area;
• Receive requests and analyze opportunities related to all HR subsystems;
• Ensure standard operating procedures in the areas and execute strategies defined together with the People Coordination, other leaderships, and technical areas;
• Analyze and monitor indicators with proposals for action plans on deviations;

Mid-Level Mechanical Engineer (Temporary)

• Develop projects considering regulatory requirements;
• Draft descriptive memos;
• Monitor project execution to ensure accuracy and adherence to deadlines and budget.
