Painting Area
Painting Leader, Multi-Function Jetter, and Multi-Function Painter ⇒ Complete Elementary Education, leadership skills, and qualification (200h) in the area. Courses in CBSP + T-HEUT are required.
Scaffolding Area
Scaffolding Leader and Scaffolding Assemblers ⇒ Complete Elementary Education (or at least up to the 4th grade) and professional qualification in the sector.

Transport Area
Equipment Operators, Riggers, and Transport Leaders ⇒ Complete High School Education and qualification courses in the field.
Maintenance Area
Maintenance Electricians, Plumbers, and Maintenance Mechanics ⇒ For the Electrician position, NR-10 certification is required along with Elementary Education; for Plumber, only Elementary Education is required. Both must have qualification courses in the area. For Mechanic position, complete High School Education is required.
Integrated Piping Area
Welders (TIG/ER/MAG), Plumbers, Welding Leader, and Carbon Welders ⇒ Complete Elementary Education, professional qualification, and experience in the position.
Structure Area
Welders, Boilermakers, Assembly Leaders, Equipment Operators, and Riggers ⇒ For the Equipment Operator position, a crane operator course is required. For Boilermaker and Assembly Leader, CBSP + T-HEUT courses are needed. For Rigger, High School Education is required. All other functions require only Elementary Education and qualification courses in the position.
