The Jurong Aracruz Shipyard Has Just Opened Registrations for the Selection Process of the Young Apprentice Industrial Plumber Program

The apprenticeship program in the Industrial Plumbing course offered by Jurong Aracruz Shipyard in partnership with SENAI has a workload of 960 hours and is exclusive to residents of Aracruz and Fundão. The EJA offers the Young Apprentice employee benefits of half a minimum wage, transportation vouchers, health insurance, life insurance, and a food allowance of R$450,00. All necessary information for registration for the Young Apprentice Industrial Plumber Program will be provided below.

The selection process includes the steps of application form analysis and document copies; interview; submission of additional documents, admission exam; enrollment, signature of documents, and admission.

The company informs that to expedite the process, only candidates selected for the interview stage will receive a phone contact from April 25 to May 3. The applications of other candidates will be filed and may be considered for selection according to the requirements for new classes.

Registration Deadline

Registrations will be conducted by submitting documents from April 16, 2019 (Tuesday) to April 23, 2019 (Tuesday) and must meet all company requirements and follow the instructions below.

Requirements

Must be 16 years old by the start date of the class (06/12/2019), and cannot turn 18 before the course starts.
Availability to study in the morning and evening periods.
Complete or ongoing high school education (declaration/certificate).
Must have all documents required for registration.
Must not have been a SENAI apprentice previously or have been an apprentice in the Industrial Plumbing course at any institution.

Documentation and Registration Location

1st Obtain the registration form from the community leader or at the EJA reception.

2nd Submit the completed registration form in a sealed envelope to the EJA reception along with a copy of the following documents (protocols will not be accepted):

Candidate’s Documentation

Copy of RG and CPF.
Copy of birth or marriage certificate.
Copy of proof of residence in the name of the student, parents, or legal guardian.
Proof of enrollment in high school or a certificate of completion.
Work permit (copy of the identification page – front and back + work record page + first blank page of the work record).

Guardian’s Documentation for the Candidate

Copy of RG and CPF of the guardian (parent or adult who has formal guardianship of the minor).
The approved candidate must present for enrollment accompanied by the guardian.
