Selection Process: Stages and Criteria

The selection process for the course consists of two stages.

The first, Document Evaluation, will assess the candidates’ resumes, assigning points based on academic background, participation in events, and teaching experience.

The second stage consists of an in-person interview, where the pedagogical practice, specific knowledge in the area of specialization, availability to dedicate to the course, and justification for interest in the position will be evaluated.

The final ranking will take into account the sum of points from both stages. In case of a tie among candidates, the selection committee will use age and education in Literature as tiebreaker criteria.
