New Vacancies in the Brazilian Army Are Open for Selection Process: 10th RM Opens Vacancies Without Competition for Candidates Up to 40 Years Old with Great Salaries and Benefits, check the details below

The 10th Military Region of the Brazilian Army, which covers the states of Ceará and Piauí, announced on Wednesday (12) the call for volunteers interested in joining the Volunteer Military Service for vacancies in the Army through a selection process. The vacancies without competition are intended for the city of Fortaleza, in the state of Ceará, being a great opportunity for those seeking to be part of the Brazilian Army temporarily.

It is worth mentioning that the VMS has a minimum duration of 12 months and a maximum of 8 years. Those interested in the vacancies without competition, to apply for one of the opportunities, must demonstrate educational qualifications, must be between 19 and 40 years old, and have a minimum height of 1.60 m if male and 1.55 m if female.

Additionally, it is also necessary to be a native Brazilian; be at least 19 years old and no more than 40 years, 11 months, and 29 days old as of the date of incorporation; have no ongoing processes or final judgments in court; prove that they are up to date with electoral obligations, State/District where they reside, and places where they have previously resided; and be current with obligations to the Military Service.

For the vacancies in the Brazilian Army through the selection process, it is also necessary to have a maximum of 5 years of military service in the Armed Forces (Navy, Army, and Air Force) at the time of incorporation. The vacancies without competition are for temporary Technical Officer in the following areas:

  • Nursing – Medical/Surgical Clinic or ICU/Emergency;
  • Accounting;
  • Social Work;
  • Information Technology;
  • Statistics – Business Intelligence;
  • Civil Engineering.

Applications for vacancies without competition must be made through the 10th RM website until March 26. The registration fee varies up to R$ 50. At the time of registration, the candidate must ensure that they have correctly entered their complete data before completing their registration, as it will no longer be possible to add or change data after registration completion. The Special Selection Committee will only analyze the data registered at the time of registration.

For the exemption from paying the registration fee for the vacancies without competition, the candidate must be registered in the Cadastro Único for Federal Government Social Programs (CadÚnico), be a blood donor with a minimum of 2 donations within a 12-month period, and be a bone marrow donor in entities recognized by the Ministry of Health. It is worth remembering that the selection process for vacancies in the Brazilian Army consists of the following stages:

  • Document submission;
  • Interview;
  • Height measurement;
  • Curricular assessment;
  • Knowledge test;
  • Health inspection;
  • Physical fitness exam;
  • Complementary selection; and
  • Incorporation.
