SENAI Is Accepting Applications for Free Hybrid Technical Courses in Minas Gerais. There Are More Than 4,000 Openings in Various Areas of Expertise, with Training Valued by the Industry and Focused on Practice.

The National Service for Industrial Learning announced the opening of more than 4,000 spots in free technical courses in a hybrid format. The initiative is aimed at those who seek to gain solid training valued by the industrial sector.

In total, over 45 units in Minas Gerais are participating in the offering, with applications open until September 5th.

In addition to benefiting from SENAI’s tradition in technical education, the courses are completely free, providing access to qualifications that can open doors in the job market.

The hybrid model was designed to adapt to the schedules of students who are already working or have other commitments.

How Does the Hybrid Format Work?

The proposal of SENAI’s free technical courses is to combine flexibility and practice.

The format allows for 80% of the course load to be completed online, through a modern and interactive Virtual Learning Environment. The remaining 20% is conducted in person, with practical activities taking place at SENAI units.

This combination allows students to study from anywhere, make better use of their available time, and still have direct contact with the laboratories and equipment used in the industry.

The duration of the courses varies between 12 and 18 months, ensuring consistent learning tailored to market needs.

Among the courses offered, four key areas are currently accepting applications. Each of them addresses specific industry demands and ensures good employment prospects.

Industrial Automation Technician (Hybrid)

The course prepares professionals to program, assemble, and maintain automated systems, including conveyor belts and industrial robots.

This training is strategic for meeting the demands of Industry 4.0, which requires faster and more efficient processes.

Technicians can work in sectors such as automotive, chemical, steel, food, and mining.

Electrical Engineering Technician (Hybrid)

Aimed at those who want to work with electrical systems, the course teaches how to design, install, and maintain residential, commercial, and industrial networks.

Graduates find opportunities in construction companies, energy utilities, and can also start their own businesses in the field.

Occupational Safety Technician (Hybrid)

This course focuses on accident and occupational disease prevention. The Occupational Safety Technician works in hospitals, industries, public and private companies, as well as in construction.

This sector is considered essential, as every organization needs safety specialists.

Quality Technician (Hybrid)

The training prepares students to apply technical standards, evaluate processes, and implement improvements in products and services.

The professional can work in auditing, certifications, and quality management across different sectors, becoming a key asset for companies seeking credibility and excellence.

To participate in SENAI’s free technical courses, candidates must meet certain requirements. They should have completed elementary school and be enrolled in or have completed high school.
