The two courses offered by UFSCar promise to add value to the careers of education professionals. The specialization in School Management and the specialization in Education for the Deaf with Bilingual Approach (Libras/Portuguese) are completely online and offer limited spots.

Specialization in School Management

There are 250 spots distributed across five locations in the city of São Paulo and Cubatão. Below are the locations and the number of spots for each:

Enrollment will be open from September 10 to 12, 2024, with an enrollment fee of R$ 50.00. Don’t waste time, as spots will be filled according to the order of enrollment!
Specialization in Education for the Deaf
The specialization in Education for the Deaf with Bilingual Approach (Libras/Portuguese) aims to train qualified professionals to promote inclusion and bilingualism in the school context.
With 200 spots available, the locations are distributed across different areas of São Paulo and Jaú. Check out the participating locations:
- São Paulo – CEU EMEF Gilberto Dupas: 40 spots
- São Paulo – CEU Casa Blanca: 40 spots
- São Paulo – UNICEU Parque São Carlos: 40 spots
- São Paulo – CEU Navegante: 40 spots
- Jaú: 40 spots
For this course, enrollment takes place between September 9 and 11, 2024, with a fee of R$ 50.00. The specialization offers two emphasis options:
- Bilingual Teaching in Early Childhood and Initial Years of Elementary Education;
- Educational Translation and Interpretation.
Selection Process
The selection process for both courses is simple and straightforward. According to UFSCar, there will be no tests or evaluations. Selection will be based on the order of enrollment of candidates. This means that the sooner you enroll, the greater your chances of securing a spot!
Only the first 450 candidates with complete registrations will be called for the Specialization in School Management and the first 400 candidates for the Specialization in Education for the Deaf.
