Faetec: Applications for More Than Nine Thousand Vacancies in Free Qualification Courses for Cities and Municipalities of Rio de Janeiro End This Friday, 20.

More than 30 options of free courses for residents of Rio de Janeiro, offered by the Foundation for Support to Technical School – Faetec, an entity linked to the State Secretariat of Science, Technology and Innovation, will close their applications this Friday, September 20. Check out the professions with the most job vacancies until 2023, according to SENAI.

The free courses are an opportunity for those seeking their first job, wanting to improve in their current profession, or interested in starting their own business.

If you are interested in professionally qualifying for the job market, the Foundation has made available opportunities at 79 units across the State in this fourth round. Candidates can apply in cities such as:

Angra dos Reis; Arraial do Cabo; Barra do Piraí; Barra Mansa; Belford Roxo; Bom Jardim; Búzios; Campos; Duque de Caxias; Guapimirim; Itaboraí; Itaocara; Itaperuna; Laje do Muriaé; Levy Gasparian; Macaé; Mangaratiba; Mangueira; Mesquita; Miguel Pereira; Miracema; Nilópolis; Niterói; Nova Iguaçu; Paracambi; Paraíba do Sul; Petrópolis and Rio de Janeiro, for example. Those interested can compete for one of the 9,462 open spots at units spread throughout the State of Rio. Among the opportunities are the courses:

NR10, Diesel Engine Mechanic, Introduction to Robotics, Building Installer Plumber, Excel, Computer Science, Snack Maker; Baker; Pastry Chef; Waiter; Kitchen Helper; Bartender; Manicurist and Pedicurist; Salesperson; Computer Assembler and Repairer; Receptionists in Hospitality Services, among others.

Requirements

To apply for the vocational courses, candidates must be between 14 and 18 years old, according to the requirements of each course.

Schooling also varies according to the chosen qualification. The public draw for the vacancies will be held on September 20, starting at 10 am, and the complete listing will be published on the institution’s website.
