Requirements

Last year’s program recorded over 49 thousand applications. Eligible candidates are graduates from any course between 2016 and 2019.

However, it is necessary to have intermediate or advanced English and availability to work in São Paulo.

About the Safra Bank Trainee Program

The hired trainees will have an intensive course on the financial market during the first month at Safra, to level the knowledge of all. They will also spend a period working on the bank’s trading platforms, to learn the daily routine of the branches in practice.

From the start, trainees will have mentorship from company executives and participate in projects involving various areas, from planning to execution.

At the end of the program, the bank may offer a postgraduate course or MBA to the professionals.
