Available Positions at Fhemig
In total, there are 15 positions distributed between the two roles:
- Nursing Technician: 13 positions
- Nurse: 2 positions
In addition to immediate openings, a reserve list will be created, increasing the chances of future hiring for approved candidates.
To compete for the Nursing Technician positions, candidates must have completed a technical course in the area, at a secondary level, and hold registration with the state of Minas Gerais class council.
The salary for this role will be R$ 2,021.90. For the Nurse position, a bachelor’s degree in Nursing and registration with the state of Minas Gerais class council is required. The salary is R$ 3,989.11.
The Nurse position also requires additional training, such as a postgraduate certificate in specific health areas, an updated ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) course, as well as previous experience in the field.
Candidates for the Nursing Technician role who have completed a course with more than 80 hours, certification in BLS (Basic Life Support), and prior experience as a Nursing Technician will have advantages in the selection process.
Selection Stages
The selection process will consist of two stages:
- Curriculum Analysis: In this phase, candidates will have their resumes evaluated to verify if they meet the required qualifications for the position.
- Interview: Candidates approved in the first phase will be called for an interview, which will also be eliminatory and classificatory.
The interview aims to evaluate candidates’ skills and experiences, ensuring they are suitable for the available roles.
These two stages aim to select the most qualified candidates for the positions, ensuring that Fhemig continues to provide quality services to the population of Minas Gerais.
The hiring of selected professionals will be temporary, with a duration of 12 months. However, there is a possibility of extension for an additional 12 months if needed.
Additionally, the selection process will be valid for one year from the approval of the results, which can be extended for an equal period.
This means that candidates who are approved but not immediately called may be summoned throughout this period if new positions arise.

- Nursing Technician: R$ 2,021.90;
