About the Job Openings
FIESC is offering two job openings for nursing technicians, with effective contracts under the CLT regime.

Main Activities of the Nursing Technician
Conducting medical exams such as visual acuity, spirometry, EEG, and ECG;
On-site exams (conducted directly at partner companies);
Supporting doctors during consultations and procedures;
Executing administrative activities related to health;
Scheduling exams and consultations;
Sending informational emails to clients.
Requirements for Job Openings and Working Conditions:
Completed technical nursing course;
Active registration with COREN/SC;
Experience in the field will be an advantage;
National Driver’s License (CNH) category B.
Salary: R$ 3,633.94;
Monthly Workload: 220 hours;
Working Hours: Morning and afternoon (to be defined);
Type of Contract: Monthly, with no fixed term;
Work Location: Greater Florianópolis/SC.
How to Participate in the FIESC Selection Process?

Selection Process Stages:
1-Registration and Resume Submission:
Period: from 03/26/2025 to 04/03/2025.
Important: Only information filled in the candidate’s registration will be considered (attached resumes will not be evaluated).
Mandatory registration confirmation via email.
2-FIT Cultural and Competency Test:
Period: from 04/04/2025 at 08:00 until 04/07/2025 at 08:00.
The test will be sent only to candidates who confirm their registration by 04/03/2025.
3-Resume Analysis:
Date: 04/07/2025.
Results announced at 15:00 on the same day.
4-Practical Assessment – Case Study and Presentation:
Case Study: 04/08/2025 at 09:00 (60 minutes to submit).
Presentation: Starting from 04/10/2025 at 09:00 (10 minutes + 15 minutes for interview).
Evaluation Criteria: Collaborative work, proactivity, planning, technical knowledge, communication, and interaction.
5-Results Announcement:
Preliminary result: 04/11/2025 at 13:00.
Final result: 04/11/2025 at 17:15.
