In an audacious move to boost the training of its employees, Líder Aviação, the leader in executive aviation in Latin America, presents the “Technical Training 2023”. This is an internship program for technical development that guides participants on a learning journey to obtain the Technical Qualification Certificates (CCT), enabling them to become the future Aircraft Maintenance Assistants in Macaé, a city in the state of Rio de Janeiro.

Program Benefits and Necessary Prerequisites

Program participants enjoy a number of advantages. One of the highlights is the opportunity to do a paid internship. Additionally, after completing the program and passing the ANAC exam, interns have a great chance of being hired as Maintenance Assistants.

However, there are some prerequisites to apply. Interested candidates must have completed high school and be at least 18 years old. It is also necessary to have completed a technical course in one of the following areas: mechanics, mechatronics, electrical, or electronics.
