The Secretary of Economic Development of the State of São Paulo announced the last week of registrations for the free and remote Telemarketing Operator course.
The initiative is part of the Qualifica SP program and offers 1,020 spots. Registrations are open until Sunday, July 27, and must be made through the site www.qualificasp.sp.gov.br.

Participants can choose between morning, afternoon, or evening shifts. A total of 34 classes will be formed, covering different time slots to facilitate access.
Focus On Employability
The training is aimed at those who wish to work as telemarketing operators, with a focus on active and receptive customer service.
The content will cover topics such as effective communication, sector legislation, and strategies aimed at employability.
The classes will be conducted by professionals from the Paula Souza Center, responsible for executing the course.
Who Can Participate
Applicants must be literate, reside in the state of São Paulo, and be of age corresponding to the chosen shift.
The spots are limited. If demand exceeds the available number, priority will be given to unemployed individuals, low-income individuals, people with disabilities, or minors.
