With the goal of structuring and expanding its factory in Brazil, GWM Brazil has already started selecting leaders to join the team. The initial goal is to hire 100 employees by the end of 2024, expanding to 700 job positions by the beginning of operations in the first half of 2025.

The factory, which is set to be officially inaugurated in early 2025, is part of an ambitious investment plan. According to Ricardo Bastos, director of Institutional Affairs at GWM Brazil, hiring qualified professionals is essential to ensure production quality and sustainable growth in the region.

Billion-Dollar Investment and Launch of the Haval H6 Hybrid SUV

The Iracemápolis unit is part of a R$ 10 billion investment plan in Brazil until 2032, with R$ 4 billion allocated for the initial phase until 2026. The expansion and modernization of the factory will allow its annual capacity to increase from 20,000 to 50,000 vehicles in the next three years.

The first model to be produced will be the Haval H6 hybrid SUV, reinforcing GWM’s commitment to sustainability and technological innovation. The vehicle’s launch is expected to coincide with the commencement of factory operations in 2025.
