Amazon Announced More Than 13,000 Temporary Hires Across The Country, The Highest Volume In Its History In Brazil, To Strengthen Logistics Operations And Ensure Faster Deliveries During Black Friday

According to the Gazeta de São Paulo, Amazon confirmed the opening of more than 13,000 temporary positions for the last quarter of 2025. The number of new employees represents double that recorded last year and marks the highest volume of admissions ever made by the company in the country. The opportunities are distributed across all Brazilian states and reinforce the current workforce of over 36,000 direct and indirect collaborators.

This reinforcement occurs because the end of the year is the peak period for retail activity. The company aims to ensure faster deliveries and greater product availability, especially during Black Friday.

According to Amazon, the strategy is part of an expansion plan that consolidates Brazil as one of its main global markets.

With 250 logistics centers spread throughout the country, the company promises to deliver the fastest Black Friday in its history.

The goal is to increase the number of same-day or next-day deliveries. This operation will be possible thanks to investments exceeding R$ 55 billion over the last ten years, applied in logistics, technology, cloud services, and professional training.

Opportunities And Requirements For Temporary Employees

The temporary positions cover areas such as inventory control, product checking, invoicing, and equipment maintenance.

To participate, candidates need to have completed elementary school, with no previous experience required.

In addition to competitive salaries, the company offers benefits, flexible schedules, and an inclusive environment. Amazon emphasizes that some temporary workers may be hired permanently, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to professional development and sustainable job creation in the country.
