UFSCAR Has Hundreds of Openings for Free Distance Learning Undergraduate Programs Without the Need for ENEM. Check the Openings and the Enrollment Period.

The Graduate School Office of the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCAR), with the support of the General Secretariat for Distance Education, is now accepting applications for admission to the free distance learning undergraduate courses of the UAB system in 2024. The available course for admission is the Bachelor’s Degree in Pedagogy.

Who Can Compete for the Free Distance Learning Undergraduate Openings at UFSCAR?

In total, there are 650 openings, and the selection for admission in the second semester of 2024 for the Bachelor’s Degree in Pedagogy will be conducted by the Contest and Entrance Exam Management Advisory of the University of the State of Mato Grosso – COVEST/UNEMAT, through the Foundation for Support for State Public Higher Education (FAESPE).

The basic requirement to compete for one of the free distance learning undergraduate openings at UFSCAR is to have completed high school or to have finished the high school level by the enrollment date.

It is important to highlight that the Bachelor’s Degree in Pedagogy at the Federal University of São Carlos, committed to the social quality of Education, aims to train educators to work in the elementary school teaching of the early years, early childhood education, youth and adult education, and educational management (Educational Guidance, Educational Supervision, Educational Administration, and Pedagogical Coordination).

Specifically, the specific work of the Pedagogue formed in the free distance learning undergraduate program at UFSCAR is focused on the teaching and learning processes related to School Education; hence, the pedagogical practice is the central curricular component permeating the entire training process, which does not hinder this professional from being able to work in other educational contexts as well.
