What network of contacts, the so-called networking, it's important, everyone knows. In the world of technology it is no different. In addition to the requirements to fit the vacancy, having a good relationship with colleagues and teachers at school and during the internship makes a difference.

Throughout high school, teachers opened doors for Ramon Souza, 19. 'I worked hard, the teacher knew me. I managed my first two internships thanks to him, who recommended me', said the graduate of SESI Belém.

Close to the end of his third year, he was hired by the company where he was an intern and spent five months as a permanent employee. Some time later, a former employee from a place where he interned called him to work at a new company. Ramon accepted and is currently a technology assistant at an accounting office.

Despite having completed two years of high school remotely and in another city, he was afraid it wouldn't work out. Some colleagues were unable or unable to continue online classes, but the student did not give up. O new high school it allowed him to look at his own future more kindly.

'The Caio of before had no vision of the future and many plans for life, especially because I came from a simple family and we had no intention of studying.
